Plug n Play™ Dual Valve Oil Catch Can w/ CSS (fits 21-25 F150 3.5L Ecoboost incl Raptor & 22-24 Expedition 3.5L) UPR

     The UPR Plug N Play™ Dual Valve Catch Can system is the perfect fit for your new 2021-25 F150 3.5L (Including Raptor and 22-24 Expedition)! (DOES NOT FIT Hybrid / Powerboost or 21-24 2.7L) By adding a second vacuum source, the UPR Dual Valve Catch Can system enhances the performance of the PCV system throughout the RPM range.

The Dual Valve catch can will not only separate oil mist and combustion byproducts during low speed driving and idle (when there is manifold vacuum present) , it will also allow circulation and crankcase evacuation when under BOOST. The UPR Clean Side separator option goes a step further by reducing oil intrusion into the intercooler and air box.

This is a No Drill install! Easy to service with UPR's Billet bracket technology and Plug N Play™ quick release factory style fittings. You can remove this kit to return the vehicle back to stock if needed. With its extremely efficient compact design and incredible looks, We went the extra mile to ensure you get the best quality components. At UPR make sure that this feature and process of the catch cans performance is protected with the best diffuser systems available. UPR's Patented Multi-chamber diffuser technology is featured in every UPR catch can to capture and filter all the oil vapor and trash from getting into your air intake tract. This is the most critical feature of any catch can system. Manufactured from Domestic T-6 6061 Aluminum bar stock and finished off using only the best Diamond cutters to exceed your expectations of what a superior product should fit and look like.

UPR Clean Side Separator (CSS):
This Clean Side Catch Separator is especially beneficial to modified vehicles with added Superchargers or Turbo kits. As crankcase pressure builds up under BOOST, it will be forced out of the driver side valve cover fitting. This clean side separator will still allow clean air to enter the crankcase as the factory intended, but will catch oil and impurities when crankcase pressure is high, preventing that gunk from getting into your cold air kit and throttle body. Once normal driving resumes, the Clean Side Separator will allow the oil mist to return to the crankcase.

Upgrade to MEGA Catch Can:  

By selecting Yes, this will upgrade your UPR catch can kit to the 4 inch MEGA catch can for the LARGEST capacity!

 

These are larger higher flowing check valves than the standard check valve. It will increase the vacuum through the catch can and deliver better crankcase evacuation. The improved crankcase evacuation translates to increased MPG and more responsive low speed drivability. A Dual Valve catch can kit will require 2 check valves.

 

These are Valve Cover Breathers with a one-way valve inside of it. These are designed to allow excess/positive crankcase pressure to exit through the breather when in boost. Then it closes to return to vacuum while driving to prevent un-metered air from entering to maintain perfect drivability. These are also ideal for vehicles in very cold or freezing weather as it allows crankcase pressure to escape until condensation or frozen condensation in the PCV hoses melts or thaws. This is a must to ensure maximum engine seal life.

 

The Stainless Steel magnetic drain plug would replace the drain plug on the bottom of the catch can with an allen head plug that has a magnet embedded into it.  It will attract any ferrous metal material to it so the user can inspect it.

 

The drain line kit includes a drain valve, hose and fittings needed to install the drain valve.  It allows the user to relocate the drain somewhere easier to access like the wheel well opening or bumper area.
