UPR Products delivers MAXIMUM performance with their UPR Pro-Series Suspension products, designed for Ford Mustang, GM, and Dodge vehicles. Engineered for drag racing and street enthusiasts, their lightweight UPR Pro-Series K-Member Kits reduce weight while enhancing strength, ensuring superior handling and traction. When paired with UPR’s Upper and Lower Control Arms, Rear Anti-Sway Bars, and Caster / Camber plates, these components optimize suspension geometry, tame wheel hop, and improve 60-ft times, making them a top choice for champions seeking unmatched performance and durability.
UPR Products suspension components are designed to push your Mustang’s performance far beyond the OEM suspension’s capabilities. Upgrade from squishy factory rubber bushings and flimsy stamped parts to UPR polyurethane bushings, rod ends, and strong tubular construction.
Want to lose up to 80lbs in a weekend? UPR K-Member kits feature light weight yet strong TIG Welded construction built to withstand the rigors of street cars or high horsepower drag cars without compromise. By changing out your heavy stock K-Member to a UPR K-Member kit, you will gain header and oil pan clearance and shed unwanted pounds.
The problem with your Mustang’s factory rear control arms is flex and deflection. During acceleration and cornering, the factory rubber bushings deform and deflect to absorb bumps and road irregularities while the stamped arms will flex under the increased load. All of this adds up to unpredictable handling, loss of traction and excessive wheel hop which only gets multiplied when you add wider tires and more power. UPR tubular upper and lower rear control arms eliminate flex and deflection to keep the tires planted for increased traction, predictable handling, and stops wheel hop.
For a drag car, excessive body roll on launch can not only hurt your 60-foot times and ET, it can be dangerous. Adding a UPR Anti Roll Bar to your Mustang will reduce body roll and allow you to dial in pre-load with the adjustable end links for laser straight launches every round.
