Originally I ordered these bolts and after I received them, I realized I had received the wrong ones. So I called and spoke to I think his name was Ryan or Brian, anyways, I called, and he said to email them with a picture of what I received and so I did just that, I took a picture of what I received, and a picture of what's listed. So they sent an email back saying that it was definitely the wrong bolts, and that they would send new ones right away. And they gave me a free shirt! Awesome customer service.
