x UPR's exclusive One Way Breather catch can! This all new design allows you to have the best of both worlds - a high quality UPR oil catch can, and a one way breather all in one! When your engine is producing boost, cylinder pressure goes up and blow by is inevitable. Higher levels of boost + higher levels of blow by = higher crankcase pressure. UPR's new design allows the excess crankcase pressure to force the patented internal one way valve open, releasing pressure by venting it to the atmosphere, increasing horsepower while extending seal and gasket life! The catch can features Multiple Chamber and Multiple Stages along with a complex series of Coalescing Filters at different micron levels. Along with being the only Plug N Play™ Catch Can System featuring a solid mount to the passenger side fender, this system also features a quick release knob that allows you easily remove the catch can for servicing. To release the Plug N Play™ fittings, just push the button on the fittings to be able to remove the entire catch can without any tools. This is the perfect addition to any supercharged high performance F150 Raptor R!

2023-up F150 Raptor R Clean Side Separator (CSS):
Upgrade your existing catch can system with the UPR Clean Side Separator (CSS). Includes UPR Plug N Play™ Fittings to allow you to install the UPR CSS without any modifications. A simple plug n play system that will outperform anything available. Manufactured from Domestic T-6 6061 Aluminum bar stock and finished off using only the best Diamond cutters to exceed your expectations of what a superior product should fit and look like. UPR is the largest aftermarket catch can manufacturer in the country. Continually improving our designs to stay ahead of the competition and give you the cutting edge technology of tomorrow today. We are so confident we offer an unconditional warranty on our products to let you know you can always count on UPRproducts. This CSS is especially beneficial to modified trucks or trucks with added Superchargers or Turbo kits. As crankcase pressure builds up under BOOST, it will be forced out of the driver side valve cover fitting. This clean side separator will still allow clean air to enter the crankcase as the factory intended, but will catch oil and impurities when crankcase pressure is high, preventing that gunk from getting into your cold air kit and throttle body. Once normal driving resumes, the CSS will allow the oil mist to return to the crankcase.

This UPR Pro Series catch can kit is shipped ready to install even if no upgrades are selected. Upgrades are available to allow you to tailor the kit to fit your needs.

UPR Billet Pro Series Check Valve:
These are larger higher flowing check valves than the standard check valve. It will increase the vacuum through the catch can and deliver better crankcase evacuation. The improved crankcase evacuation translates to increased MPG and more responsive low speed drivability. The arrow printed on the check valve will always need to face away from the catch can. There is no down side to having a check valve in a Naturally Aspirated (NA) application, and a check valve in required in boosted applications. The larger, higher flowing Pro Series Check Valve also has a hex nut on the body so you can disassemble it for inspection and cleaning.
Replacement O-Rings:
Spare O-rings for the catch can cup. If the O-ring is lost, torn or if it's just time to replace it due to wear it's a good idea to have a couple of spares in the glove box. 5050 is the main dirty side catch can and 5043 is the clean side separator.
