We have hundreds of hours testing our new Oil Separator to ensure the claims and results will exceed your expectations. No cheap looking, basic air compressor filters in the catch can here! The design of this unit is more along the lines of a True Engineer and cannot be compared or confused with units that have side by inlets and outlets with wool rolled up and shoved in them. The multi chamber technology in UPR catch cans captures and filters all the oil vapor and trash from getting into your air intake tract. That's the most important reason for a catch can in the first place!

This kit also has the option to add the UPR CSCC - Clean Side Catch Can for the Driver side of the PCV system. The CSCC makes sure you are fully protected at both ends of the PCV system. (Great protection and ideal for all driving situations) Manufactured from Domestic T-6 6061 Aluminum bar stock and finished off using only the best Diamond cutters to exceed your expectations of what a superior product should fit and look like. UPR CSCC: Clean Side Catch Can for the Driver side of the PCV system to make sure you are fully protected at both ends of the PCV system. (Great protection and ideal for all driving situations). The Clean Side Catch Can allows fresh, filtered air from the air filter box or inlet tube to enter the crank case as the factory intended, but will separate oil vapor and keep it from exiting the clean side when crankcase pressure is high.

Installs in 10-15 minutes or 20-30 minutes with CSCC.

This UPR catch can kit is 100% ready to install with no add ons. The upgrades allow you to custom tailor the kit to your needs if you like. The description for the upgrades are below:

Optional Parts:

The Billet Pro Series check valve ensures that airflow only moves in one direction. It will increase the vacuum through the catch can and deliver better crankcase evacuation. The improved crankcase evacuation translates to increased MPG and more responsive low speed drivability. The arrow printed on the check valve will always need to face away from the catch can. There is no down side to having a check valve in a Naturally Aspirated (NA) application , and a check valve is required in boosted applications. The Larger , Higher flowing Pro Series Check valve also has a hex nut on the body so you can disassemble it for inspection and cleaning.

Replacement O-Rings:
Spare O-rings for the catch can cup. If the O-ring is lost, torn or if it's just time to replace it due to wear it's a good idea to have a couple of spares in the glove box. 5028 is the main dirty side catch can and 5049 is the clean side catch can.
