     This Ford Ranger 2.3L dual valve Plug N Play™ catch can kit with clean side separator is the perfect fit for your engine bay. With its extremely efficient compact design and Incredible Looks. UPR's Dual Valve Catch can adds a third hose that will connect to the air intake tube by installing our exclusive 3-Way Plug N Play ™ fitting. THIS IS A NO DRILL INSTALLATION !  When under boost, the Wide Open Throttle hose will utilize the high velocity air being pulled into the turbo through the air box tube to increase air being pulled through the catch can . The advantage is crankcase evacuation throughout the RPM range! Utilizing Continental Braided Hose and Billet Hose Ends to give you the Strongest and Best Performing Setup Possible. No cheap stock lines here that have been cut and spliced on! Featuring the New UPR Plug N Play™ Catch Can Fittings. So you can empty it without removing the intake cover or catch can lines from your engine. The design of this unit is more along the lines of a True Engineer and cannot be compared or confused with units that have side by inlets and outlets with screen rolled up and shoved in them. The 4 chamber technology in UPR catch cans captures and filters all the oil vapor and trash from getting into your air intake tract. That's the most important reason for a catch can in the first place! Manufactured from Domestic T-6 6061 Aluminum bar stock and finished off using only the best Diamond cutters to exceed your expectations of what a superior product should fit and look like. UPR Clean Side Separator (CSS):
This Clean Side Catch Separator is especially beneficial to modified vehicles with added Superchargers or Turbo kits. As crankcase pressure builds up under BOOST, it will be forced out of the driver side valve cover fitting. This clean side separator will still allow clean air to enter the crankcase as the factory intended, but will catch oil and impurities when crankcase pressure is high, preventing that gunk from getting into your cold air kit and throttle body. Once normal driving resumes, the Clean Side Separator will allow the oil mist to return to the crankcase.

This UPR Pro Series catch can kit is shipped ready to install even if no upgrades are selected. Upgrades are available to allow you to tailor the kit to fit your needs.

Optional Parts:

UPR Billet Pro Series Check Valves:
These are larger higher flowing check valves than the standard check valve. It will increase the vacuum through the catch can and deliver better crankcase evacuation. The improved crankcase evacuation translates to increased MPG and more responsive low speed drivability. The arrow printed on the check valve will always need to face away from the catch can. There is no down side to having a check valve in a Naturally Aspirated (NA) application, and a check valve in required in boosted applications. The larger, higher flowing Pro Series Check Valve also has a hex nut on the body so you can disassemble it for inspection and cleaning. This kit uses 2 different size hoses so if you want to upgrade to Pro Series Check Valves you will need to select each of the optional valves.

SS Magnetic Drain Plug:
The Stainless Steel magnetic drain plug would replace the drain plug on the bottom of the catch can with an allen head plug that has a magnet embedded into it. It will attract any ferrous metal material to it so the user can inspect it. If you select this option you can not also use the Drain Line kit below.

Drain Line Kit:
The drain line kit includes a drain valve, hose and fittings needed to install the drain valve. It allows the user to relocate the drain somewhere easier to access like the wheel well opening or bumper area. If you select this option you can not also use the Magnetic Drain Plug.

**Choose either the stainless steel magnetic drain plug or the UPR drain line kit, you would not need both**

Replacement O-Rings:
Spare O-rings for the catch can cup. If the O-ring is lost, torn or if it's just time to replace it due to wear it's a good idea to have a couple of spares in the glove box.

In Mid 2021 Ford moved a fitting on the intake. If you have a 2021 model year look at picture showing the placement for the 21 and newer kit.
