Extreme Duty Rear Upper Shock Mount (fits 15-26 Mustang S550 S650) UPR

     Get the ultimate upgrade for your 15-26 Mustang rear upper shock mount with the Extreme Duty mounts from UPR. The factory upper shock mount and inner wheel wells on the S550/S650 has been a known failure point once people started lowering them and adding horsepower. The factory mount attaches with 2 bolts that when stressed can tear away from the wheel well requiring extensive repairs. The Extreme series mounts replaces the factory aluminum mount with a steel mount that adds 2 more bolts that are braced from the inside of the trunk. This mount converts your rear shock mount with rubber bushings to a heim joint with o-rings to help minimize NVH but is infinitely stronger than stock. With this conversion you will gain shock travel especially helpful on lowered cars. Works with Viking and Ford Performance rear shocks. Installs in 60-90 minutes, does require drilling for the new bolts.
