     UPR's Billet Fender Mount Catch Can Kit for your 2005-2013 Chevrolet Corvette. Developed to eliminate oil from entering your intake by engine blow-by, which channels oil and trash into your direct air stream from the valve train. This is a common problem on both brand new performance and especially older engines, which just suffer more from blow by due to wear and tear. The most common problem is making your car emit light blueish white smoke upon start up or even during normal driving. The throttle body handles your main air stream and has a breather tube running from the crankcase to the throttle body. The vacuum from the incoming airstream and positive pressure in the crankcase combine to get oil in the air tract. Every car and vehicle is set up this way to help eliminate the pressure build-up in the bottom end of your engine enabling the piston to move up and down with less resistance. These catch cans feature a containment system and separator that force all the debris to get captured and contained in the filter while still allowing airflow thus maintaining full function of the breather system. This catch can has been long awaited and is one of the most needed items for the late model performance world. Another key problem caused by oil in the intake is that it reduces the octane of your fuel and causes detonation especially in turbo, supercharger and nitrous applications.

This kit is 100% Modular and can be fully disassembled to be emptied and cleaned with our simple push button Plug and Play ™ fittings and quick release bracket. Also, our catch can bottom can be unscrewed and emptied in seconds.

This UPR Pro Series catch can kit is shipped ready to install even if no upgrades are selected. Upgrades are available to allow you to tailor the kit to fit your needs.

Optional Parts:

UPR Billet Pro Series Check Valve:
These are larger higher flowing check valves than the standard check valve. It will increase the vacuum through the catch can and deliver better crankcase evacuation. The improved crankcase evacuation translates to increased MPG and more responsive low speed drivability. The arrow printed on the check valve will always need to face away from the catch can. There is no down side to having a check valve in a Naturally Aspirated (NA) application, and a check valve in required in boosted applications. The larger, higher flowing Pro Series Check Valve also has a hex nut on the body so you can disassemble it for inspection and cleaning.

Replacement O-Rings:
Spare O-rings for the catch can cup. If the O-ring is lost, torn or if it's just time to replace it due to wear it's a good idea to have a couple of spares in the glove box.
