Order Entry / Phone Sales / Tech Support - APPLY NOW
UPR’s office staff has become somewhat legendary in the performance aftermarket industry for our customer service and product knowledge. The best part is, a real human answers the phone when a customer calls!
An ideal candidate for the Order Entry / Phone Sales position would be someone that has exceptional phone skills and is able to accurately and efficiently enter incoming orders from our Website, Amazon, Facebook, and
eBay platforms as well as incoming phone orders from both UPR wholesale and retail customers. You would also be responsible for dispatching phone calls to the appropriate sales staff or a management team member.
As time goes on and you become more familiar and comfortable with the product line, you would also handle basic to advanced tech support calls.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM and possibly some Saturdays as needed during peak times.
UPR also has a sales trailer that travels to many races and events throughout the year. You may be asked to travel and work the shows if needed.
Requirements are as follows:
• Exemplary customer care skills, polite and confident phone etiquette is a must. Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Car-related customer service is preferred. You must be able to have conversations with customers and speak confidently about our product
• Provide technical support to customers and dealers on a variety of parts and accessories sold by UPR Products
• Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up and organization skills
• Obtain and process retail and /or wholesale product orders
• Integrity in handling customer information and secure payment information
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills, past data entry experience is preferred
• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
Warehouse / Assembly - APPLY NOW
At UPR we receive goods, assemble parts and accessories, as well as pack and ship hundreds of items per day to our customers and dealers.
A successful candidate would work in our Team UPR environment to make sure all items are received, assembled, packed correctly, and stored in our warehouse accordingly.
Business Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturdays as needed during peak times.
This is an entry-level position.
Requirements are as follows:
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Prior warehouse work experience
• Experience in part or product assembly and following assembly procedures/instructions.
• Knowledge of operating a forklift is preferred
• Ability to work independently and safely
• Experience using a variety of tools to perform assembly tasks, such as wrenches, drills, shop press, etc.
• Experience with blueprints or assembly directions is preferred
• Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
• Strong computer skills. You will print assembly instructions and product labels on a daily basis.
• Receiving and documenting merchandise for warehouse stock or return
• Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning and replenishing stock items on a regular basis
• Place merchandise in the warehouse by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for larger goods
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, use ladders, and lift boxes / items up to 50lbs.
