     The Ultimate Oil Separator for your 2015-Present Ford Expedition 3.5 Ecoboost Truck with UPR Dual Valve Plug N Play ™ Catch Can and UPR one way electronic pressure sensor system.  ( Select your Year, and Engine Size from the drop down menu- Upgrade descriptions are below)  State of the art ESCC = Electronic Clean Side Separator System you can be sure that no other manufacturer can give you the level of quality and performance that UPR's Dual Valve Catch Can and ECSS consistently deliver. Offering the largest capacity in a compact design to be sure that it can eliminate oil vapors on vehicles that are normally aspirated or power added equipped. This system is designed to require less maintenance between oil changes and eliminate the amount of moisture that's collected from controlling condensation better by being mounted in the engine bay. Our Patented Multi-Stage Multi-Chamber internal design is the best for controlling oil vapor and mist even in the hottest mounting locations. In turn, our new design was developed to work the best in the engine bay without any second guessing of it's true performance capabilities. This system has been tested and developed to work with the factory electronics and the parameters that the EPS / electronic pressure sensor requires. Does require drilling of your factory WOT pipe. Predrilled 3.5L WOT pipe can be purchased separately above to keep your stock pipe unmodified. Most importantly it keeps your clean side and dirty side performing with the level and control they deserve and not filling the intake and CAC / Inter-cooler full of oil like the factory designed system does. Manufactured from Domestic T-6 6061 Aluminum bar stock and finished off using only the best Diamond cutters to exceed your expectations of what a superior product should fit and look like. Pictures above show the optional Pro Series Check Valves, Drain line kit, and optional Pre-Drilled pipe with corresponding ECSS. 

UPR Billet Pro Series Check Valves:
These are larger higher flowing check valves than the standard check valve. It will increase the vacuum through the catch can and deliver better crankcase evacuation. The improved crankcase evacuation translates to increased MPG and more responsive low speed drivability.

UPR Billet One-Way Valve Cover Breather:
These are Valve Cover Breathers with a one-way valve inside of it. These are designed to allow excess/positive crankcase pressure to exit through the breather when in boost. Then it closes to return to vacuum while driving to prevent un-metered air from entering to maintain perfect drivability. These are also ideal for vehicles in very cold or freezing weather as it allows crankcase pressure to escape until condensation or frozen condensation in the PCV hoses melts or thaws. This is a must to ensure maximum engine seal life.

UPR Pre-Drilled WOT Pipe:
These are pre-drilled Ford Passenger Side Turbo Inlet Pipes that make the Wide Open Throttle connection a simple bolt-on. These are a great option to be able to return your truck back to 100% stock for service or trade-in. 5030-124-PDP for F150, 5030-124-EXP for Expedition / Navigator.

UPR SS Magnetic Drain Plug:
The Stainless Steel magnetic drain plug would replace the drain plug on the bottom of the catch can with an allen head plug that has a magnet embedded into it. It will attract any ferrous metal material to it so the user can inspect it.

UPR Catch Can Drain Line Kit:
The drain line kit includes a drain valve, hose and fittings needed to install the drain valve. It allows the user to relocate the drain somewhere easier to access like the wheel well opening or bumper area.

**You would select either the Stainless Steel Magnetic Drain Plug or The Catch Drain Line Kit, not both.

UPR Adjustable Billet PCV Fitting:
The adjustable Billet PCV fitting which includes 4 different size jets. It eliminates the failure prone factory PCV and still allows for the needed restriction. Jet sizes and application basics for Adjustable version are explained below.

» .100 Jet size is slightly more restrictive than the factory PCV fitting to allow you to restrict the PCV for vehicles ingesting too much oil through the PCV and wanting to reduce oil consumption.

» .125 Jet size is slightly less restrictive than the factory PCV fitting to allow you to adjust the pcv to increase flow a bit more than factory for vehicles that only need minor adjustments to eliminate vapor locking in the PCV system.

» .150 Jet size is even less restrictive for the boosted vehicles that tow and are driven harder to increase flow more than factory for vehicles that only need more adjustment to eliminate vapor locking in the PCV system.

» .175 Jet size is the least restrictive compared to the factory PCV fitting and allows for the largest adjustment of the jets for modified vehicles that generate a lot of blow-by / back pressure to eliminate vapor locking / flooding the clean side of the PCV system with oil.

Q & A

Question: What is the problem with your PCV system ?

Answer: The Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) system is used to recycle the gases that leak or "blow-by" the your engines piston rings and create a positive pressure in the crankcase. By venting these gases along with oil mist/vapor from the crankcase and route it back into the intake manifold so it can be burned off.

This is a poor fix from automobile manufacturers, because over time the excess oil vapor collects along the inside of the intake tract and forms a "sludge". This leads to a variety of issues including carbon build up, retarded timing, detonation, power loss and even engine failure.

UPR s fix for the PCV system used on many engines for reducing toxic gases from being released into the atmosphere and eliminating positive crankcase pressure / Blow-By.


Question: What does a UPR Catch Can do ?

Answer: UPR s Billet Catch Can / oil-air separator will condense and collect the oil vapor before it has any chance to reach the intake tract. As the gas and oil vapor enters UPR s can they pass through a Chambered filtering system that cools the oil vapor and gives it something to adhere to.

Then the oil forms into droplets and collect in the bottom of the UPR Catch Can so that they can later be drained. This is where the additional Chambered filtering system comes into play allowing only the clean air to pass through so it can eliminate unwanted blow by.

All engines have blow by otherwise there would be no need for a PCV system on your engine. PCV = Positive Crankcase Valve, which eliminates Positive Crankcase Pressure. UPR s Catch Can has become one of the most widely used and recommended cures for just about every application.

The engine size and horsepower level is not relevant to the performance of the UPR Catch Can. UPR s Catch Can has become a cornerstone by improving the Performance and Economy on any vehicle you install it on.

    I ordered this product back in 2022 for my expedition and its amazing. The customer support team wre really helpful in making me understand the options that I could choose from before making an order.
    The installation took some time as I am not quite familiar with all the mechanical things.

    Strongly Thinking of making an order for my 2016 2.0 ford focus. Just wish that the can upload clear instructional video on how to have it installed.

    This is only regarding the product quality. I can't speak to function or results yet. The product is high quality and complete. The install was expected to take 30 to 45 minutes but I think it took me that long to get the intake pipe off the turbo. This was necessary to install the WOT fitting. All in all. Install is clean and looks great. Very OEM.

    The dual valve oil catch can was exactly as advertised. Had all the necessary factory replacement ends and electrical connections needed for a smooth install.
