I am a strong believer in UPR I have bought many a thing from them and
still yet to be dissapointed!

As someone who had been in the health care service industry for over 30 years I understand that people 
will make mistakes. It is how we respond to those mistakes, the effort made to correct the mistake and 
the serive we provide that makes the difference in the long run. When I initially e-mailed Jeremy with 
my concern and problem, you responded immediately to call you, you what to make things right. When I 
called last week, Jeremy was on the phone. I spoke to Marc and he immediately recognized my name, he 
immediatley apologized for his error, he sounded very sincere and I believe he was. Today I received 
the unsolicited refund. You had an upset customer, you responded appropriately, you took steps 
(without having to be asked) to make amends, your employee (Marc) took responsibility for his 
mistake. I have done a number of transactions for UPR products in the past (my wife would say too many) 
and I will continue to do so in the future. I will use the refund to order another product. 
You have, once again, a satisfied customer.
