* Is your Billet oxidized, scratched or just simply want to
upgrade to a nicer finish? Send in your Billet parts to us
and we will put them through our Exclusive MPF process, giving
them a completely brand new finish. |
* Are
your Polished Billet parts Water Stained or Scratched from
abrasive cleaners ? Send them in and we'll put them through
the MPF for a Show Quality Finish. |
* Maybe you bought a competitors part and it just isn't the
kind of finish you expected. We will accept our competitors
parts and put them through our MPF process giving them a shine no one else but UPR could bring
you. |
| * Or
perhaps you bought some Billet and want to Update to a different
style that we now offer. Send us your old Billet parts and dependent
on condition we will give you credit towards the parts you want. |

| * MPF begins with the inspection and preperation of the machined
Billet. |
* The Mirror polishing process then uses a cutting compound
to bring out our Shine. |
* Now time to work our Magic and create the Ultimate Work of
Art. |
* Check for scratches or imperfections in the surface of the
product. (Soak in UPR Solvent) |
* Cutting blends sanding and machine lines leaving a very smooth
finish like glass. |
* Our Coloring process with UPR Finishing compound and custom
UPR feather wheel |
| * All flaws go through a sanding process that requires three separate
stages. |
* The part is inspected to make sure it is ready, then get's a
final Edge and Corner Cut. |
* There goes another show quality UPR part fresh out of UPR's
finishing room. |
