time finally came that all the hard work we have put
into my car has paid off. I would like to say thank
you to the people at UPR for their products in helping
me reach a personal goal that I couldn't have done without
your suspension products. I have a 1985 for Mustang
Coupe, all stock 302 EFI, Bassani headers, Flowmasters,
Cold Air Intake, spraying 100hp shot with NX Kit. I
have on my car your front tubular k-member kit with
Strange struts,UPR caster camber plates and your Pro-Series
rear suspension package. My car ran a best of 11.60@112.95mph
with a 1.53 60ft. and I'm sure with a little more suspension
tuning it will 60ft around mid 1.40's. Once again thanks

| As someone who had been in the health care service industry for over 30 years I understand that people will make mistakes. It is how we respond to those mistakes, the effort made to correct the mistake and the serive we provide that makes the difference in the long run. When I initially e-mailed Jeremy with my concern and problem, you responded immediately to call you, you what to make things right. When I called last week, Jeremy was on the phone. I spoke to Marc and he immediately recognized my name, he immediatley apologized for his error, he sounded very sincere and I believe he was. Today I received the unsolicited refund. You had an upset customer, you responded appropriately, you took steps (without having to be asked) to make amends, your employee (Marc) took responsibility for his mistake. I have done a number of transactions for UPR products in the past (my wife would say too many) and I will continue to do so in the future. I will use the refund to order another product. | "Hello, my name is Brian Baird and I have purchased some of your upper and lower rear control arms for a Mustang. Part numbers 2001-1 and 2001-10. The fit and finish are excellent and I am very pleased with the price as well. The customer service was great also, I just can't say enough about your products. A friend of mine bought similar designed control arms off of Ebay and I helped to install them. His control arms didn't fit any where near as nicely as yours. His were cheaper but I am very glad that I spent the little extra for mine. You truely do get what you pay for. I will reccomend you to everyone that I know. Thank you again and have a good day." |

| Well,
I emailed UPR at about 7pm last night after their operating
hours to let them know that I have a set of their "Shark" Caster Camber Plates and the bearings are starting to go and clunk like crazy. I let them know that i would like for them to either send new teflon bearings or possibly refund me my money. I have had these for a while now and its not like i just bought them. By about 10am I had already gotten an email back from Jeremy at UPR Products saying that they have a lifetime warranty on their caster camber plates and to give them a call. I called and they were extrememly helpful and are sending out the spherical bushings for both sides completely free of charge and even guided me over the phone on how to identify the c/c plates and how to switch the bushings out. -Mike |
